At a time when the call for a �top down� approach with regards to the upcoming internal elections in the New Patriotic Party (NPP) seem to have been quashed and a timetable for the congress released, a group wants a leading member of the party to jump the gun by declaring his stance as far as the flagbearership is concerned.
