The office of Former President John Agyekum Kufuor has described as �irresponsible and unwarranted� comments made by the former Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC), Mr Tsatsu Tsikata when he took his turn at the Judgment Debt Commission sitting over the sale of the drill ship.
