A deep throat source at the Flagstaff House has hinted the New Statesman that Kwesi Bekoe Amissah-Arthur nearly resigned his position as Vice President of the Republic of Ghana two months in protest against his relegation to the background in the scheme of affairs of the Mahama-led National Democratic Congress government.
