Algerian Ambassador to Ghana Mr Lakhal Benkelai has called on Ghana's Energy and Petroleum Minister Hon Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah to discuss issues of mutual interest between the two oil producing countries in Africa and how to tap into the numerous opportunities the black gold presents.
