Mr. Emmanuel Horlatsu, the Northern Regional Coordinator of the Domestic Violence and Victim Support Unit (DOVVSU) of the Ghana Police Service, said investigations have commenced over an assault case brought against a top DOVVSU official in Tamale, Chief Inspector Lawrence Adombire.
