The First Deputy Speaker of Parliament Ebo Barton-Odro says Parliament will be considering the proposed post graduate diploma course in Parliamentary reporting by the Commonwealth Hansard Editors to offer Hansard Editors and Reporters the needed knowledge to enhance their work in Parliament.
