An Accra Circuit Court, presided over by His Lordship, Francis Obiri, has fined a goldsmith, Kwao Tettey Alexandar, a sum of GH�10, 000 with two sureties to be justified, one of which must be from a public officer for firing warning shots at night, in an open space without authority.
