The Kumasi Methodist Bishop of the Methodist Church of Ghana, Rev. Prof. Sarfo Kantanka, has described the Ghana Youth Employment and Entrepreneurial Development Agency programme by government as a mess as it has not done anything meaningful to alleviate the compounding problems affecting the country's economy.
