Greater Accra Regional Police Command has arrested an activist of the New Patriotic Party (NPP,) Blessed Bless Mensah, who duped a Level 300 student of the Pentecost University College (PUC,) Mr. Eric Awuah, to the tune of GH�1,300.00.
