The demolition of a toll booth erected by authorities of the University of Ghana under the orders of the National Security Coordinator, Larry Gbevlo Lartey has led to an aspiring National Youth Organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Emmanuel Atefuah Danso to describe the Mahama-led administration as �Jungle System of Governance� where the rule of law does not exist.
