The President of IMANI Center for Policy and Education, Franklin Cudjoe has expressed shock at the fact that certain elements in the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) believe Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia�s assessment of the alternative solutions he provided are nothing new.
