THE FAMILY of Deputy Superintendent of Police Cephas Arthur, the Police Administration and hundreds of sympathizers nationwide, last weekend mourned and buried Alfred Kwaku Arthur (his father) at Akyem Asanteman, near Oda in the Eastern region.
