Eight Persons died on the spot and many others got seriously injured when a tipper truck with registration number No. GE 9201-9, loaded with chippings belonging to J.A. Quarries, had its front tyres burst and ran into pedestrians along the Techiman-Tuobodom trunk road yesterday at about 2:30 pm.
