THE AGONA Swedru Police have arrested Ms Gifty Mensah Silverson, Health Insurance Data Entry Operator at the Agona Swedru office of the Health Insurance Scheme, for allegedly issuing a fake biometric ID card to a client . The police have also arrested the client, Ms Mary Arthur, for receiving the fake ID card.
