Deputy Minister of Water Resources, Works and Housing, Vincent Asamoah-Oppong, had a tough time in Parliament yesterday after he had told Members of the House that he could not provide answers to questions relating to the breakdown of the Water Works at Tanoso in the Offinso North District of the Ashanti Region.
