Alhaji Abdul-Basit Fuseini, Deputy Northern Regional Minister has blamed Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies (MMDAs), as well as District Chief Executives (DCEs), in the Northern Region, for reneging their roles and responsibilities in curbing conflicts in the region.
