A group calling itself Concerned Tertiary Students of upper East region has threatened to demonstrate in Bolgatanga and Accra against National Democratic Congress (NDC) if President John Mahama refuses to reinstate Dr. Ephraim Avea Nsoh as upper East regional Minister.
