The out-going president of the Association of SIC Insurance Sales Agents (ASICA), Mr. Vincent Sali-Dokpor, who is also a Chartered Insurer and now a Broker, has urged agents of SIC Insurance and SICLife, the two largest insurance companies in the country to focus on delivering superior customer service to the ever demanding sophisticated consumer of insurance services.
