Hearts of Oak SCs have issued a strong statement denying claims made by former Phobian Chief Executive Officer Harry Zakkour in a Ghanaian Times publication of Monday 14th July 2014 that the club's Board Chairman Togbe Afede XIV is running a one-man show.
