The Deputy Minister for Local Government and Rural Development, Mr Emmanuel Kwadwo Agyekum, has called on metropolitan, municipal and district assemblies (MMDAs) that have problems with the implementation of the street-naming and property-addressing system (SNPAS) to consult those that have no problems to tap their knowledge and skills.
