The Director-General of the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA), Mr. Richard Anamoo, says a Greek Oil vessel, MT Fair Artemis, hijacked by pirates off Ghana�s waters in June this year has finally berthed at the Takoradi Port to offload oil.
