General Secretary for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, has sarcastically proposed that the mental faculties of alleged NDC activists intending to take part in the limited voter registration exercise miles away from their place of residence be assessed by a Psychiatrist.
