The body of Mr. Paul Victor Obeng, Senior Presidential Advisor and Chairman of the National Development Planning Commission, will be laid in state for public viewing and filing past at the Banquet Hall of the State House on Thursday, August 14 from 1400 hours to 1800 hours.
