The Immediate past Chairman of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Jake Otanka Obetsebi-Lamptey, has written to the party�s delegates nationwide, urging them not to overlook the qualities of Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo who has already led the party twice in presidential elections.
