THE ASSEMBLYMAN for Osu Klotey Sub-Metro, Hubert Gurshon is in hot waters following the issuance of a bench warrant for his arrest by the Adjabeng High Court in Accra for refusing to appear before the court for charges brought against him by the Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA).
