President John Dramani Mahama, has started implementing the recent changes he mentioned in his famous �Green Letter�, he served his appointees inside the Flagstaff House, by submitting to the Council of State, two new ambassadorial nominees, Dr. Sulley Gariba and Mr. Kwesi Ahwoi.
