Fred Agbenyo, a member of the ruling National Democratic Congress, has ascribed the alleged malfeasance of the Commissioner of the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ), Ms. Lauretta Lamptey to the character of NPP's former Chairman, Jake Obetsebi- Lamptey.
