National Organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), John Boadu has attributed the conduct of the Commissioner of the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ), Ms. Lauretta Lamptey to "greed and wickedness" of the part of the country's leaders.
