The Cape Coast Vacation Court on Thursday September 25 drastically humbled the District Chief Executive for Twifo Attimorkwa in the Central region for threatening to beat the bailiff who served him with a motion of contempt and also allegedly insulting Ghanaian judges of collecting bribes.
