Kofi Portuphy, the National Coordinator of the National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO), has denied claims by the chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Dr. Kwabena Adjei that he is sharing rice, cooking oil, mattresses, among others, to woo the party�s delegates to vote for him to win the national chairmanship position.
