Joe Ghartey, Member of Parliament (MP) for Essikado in the Sekondi- Takoradi Metropolis of the Western Region, last Tuesday made a startling revelation to the effect that he actually met his lovely wife, Efua Ghartey, while he was working as a young lawyer at Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo�s chambers.
