Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCOP) Angwubutoge Awuni, Director General of the Motor Traffic and Transport Department (MTTD), has warned vehicle owners� against changing the colour and registration numbers of their cars on the blind side of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA).
