Minister Locks Out 16 DCEs For Reporting Late To Event

The Northern Regional Minister, Alhaji Limuna Mohammed Muniru, on Monday, locked out some metro�politan, municipal and district chief executives (MMDCEs) who reported late to a function in Tamale.
