The Manso Adubia Constituency chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Amansie West District of the Ashanti Region, Dr Kofi Osei-Afoakwa, as part of his 60th birthday celebration, has commissioned a solar-powered 16-bed Medical Ward with entertainment facility for the Manso Adubia Health Centre.
