Minority Leader of Parliament, Hon. Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu has described the dissolution of the Board of Narcotics Control Board as strange as the board is not directly responsible for the failure to protect the KIA from being abused by drug traffickers and impound 12.5km of cocaine which was busted at Heathrow Airport.
