A member of the governing National Democratic Congress [NDC] Sam George Nettey has stated categorically that, the New Patriotic Party [NPP] flagbearer, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is possibly the only Presidential Candidates who has benefitted from illicit drugs proceeds since 1992.
