President John Dramani Mahama, in his capacity as the Chair of the ECOWAS Authority of Heads of State and Government, will today hold discussions with President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo of Equatorial Guinea and President Dennis Sassou-N'Guesso of Congo.
