Former Minister of Youth and Sports, Clement Kofi Humado has been cited in the Auditor-General’s Report for dolling out GHc430million to sixteen unqualified service providers to execute various jobs under the Ghana Youth Employment and Entrepreneurial Development Agency (GYEEDA).
