Attorney General and Minister for Justice, Betty Mould Iddrisu says she cannot prosecute the resigned Youth and Sports Minister on the basis of allegations of misappropriation and malfeasance brought against him by the Chief Accountant of the Youth and Sports Ministry, Mr. Adim Odoom.
