Ghana’s quest to implement the Common External Tariffs (CET) adopted by member-states of the Economic Community of West Africa States (ECOWAS) is meant to give rise to the concept of a regional Customs union while checking the dumping of inferior goods in the sub-region,  officials from the Customs Division of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) have said.
