Miss Francisca Oteng-Mensah, a 22-year-old second year law student of the KNUST on Saturday, defeated the incumbent Member of Parliament, Kofi Frempong in the Kwabre East Constituency of the Ashanti Region, during the primaries of the New Patriotic Party.
