NPP’s Anthony Abayifa Karbo has rubbished claims by the Eastern Regional Chair of the ruling National Democratic Congress [NDC], Tawiah Boateng that – the opposition party is “secretly training some rebels who are to be advanced into the system to safeguard the party’s interest in the 2016 elections”.
