Hohoe Branch Chairman of some disappointed youth of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Volta Region, Mr. Harker Brempong has allegedly fingered the General Secretary of the NDC, Johnson Asiedu Nketiah among other NDC executives behind recruiting Togolese nationals to vote in Ghana’s 2012 and previous general elections.
