At its Emergency Delegates Conference at the Trade Fair Center in Accra, the NPP, has decided after a hot debate that, where there are more than three (3) contestants for nomination as Presidential Candidate, a Special Electoral College shall cast their vote by secret ballot for the first three (3) contestants to be shortlisted.
