Mr. Epsona Harry Ayamga, Bolgatanga Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), has commended the Northern Patriots in Research and Advocacy (NORPRA), for organising vacation classes for about 800 Senior and Junior High Schools students in the Upper East Region.
