The Upper East Regional Police Commander, Assistant Commissioner of Police Bright Oduro, has hinted that Johnson Kombian alias Burger, who was arrested in Bolgatanga and handed over to the Tamale Police, will be arraigned in Bolgatanga as well, for some crimes he allegedly perpetrated in the Upper East region.
