Central Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Bernard Allotey-Jacobs has called on Gomoa Central NDC MP, Rachael Appoh to render an unqualified apology to President John Mahama for revealing she paid money to persons to reduce the NO votes for the President in the NDC primaries.
