Dr. Charles Wereko-Brobby a former Chief Executive of the Volta River Authority has proposed a thorough investigation into the controversial AMERI deal in which Ghana is paying US$510 million for ten gas generators aimed at reducing the biting effect of the four-year old dumsor which has crippled many businesses.
