An Accra circuit court, presided over by Justice Ivy Heward Mills, has issued a bench warrant for the arrest of Mallam Fatau Dakwariya, who boasted of turning two snake men (sakawa) back to normal human beings. The 31-year-old Muslim cleric was to appear in court yesterday to answer charges on his alleged pronouncements in the media that he was capable of turning the two, out of four young men, from African pythons to humans.
