A former head of the Political Science department of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Dr Richard Amoako Baah, has rejected the decision of the Electoral Commission on the new voter register, describing the panel instituted to advise the commission on the matter as a “kangaroo committee”.
